Responsible for any of the following: handling orders and reservations; resolving production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing problems; determining validity of warranty claims and scheduling repair resources; changing production and shipping schedules; recognizing add-on business opportunities. Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides resolutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems. Knowledge of company products, company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures is preferred. Also requires PC and word-processing experience/skills and excellent communication and telephone skills. Typically requires 3 - 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
