The flat is fully furnished with tasteful furniture including Italian leather lounge, cow hide rug, flat-screen tv, sofa bed for guests and other modern furnishings. There are one bathrooms, a washer/ dryer, dishwasher and a proper size fridge/ freezer and all the kitchen gadgets you could possibly need :-)
I am a 42 year old female professional. I'm a Customer Service Agent for financial markets, I'm pretty relaxed and quite sociable. I like coming home to a clean and tidy house so would like to live with someone who cares about their home environment, is considerate and has good conversation. It would be good to share the occasional glass of wine with dinner (can I mention here that I like to cook).
Rent is inclusive of wireless internet, Sky TV, council tax, all utilities (water, gas, electricity, TV licence) and a brilliant cleaner who comes once a week and leaves the place spotless.
A female is preferred but I'm open to considering young professional guys however not couples.
The flat is a 15 minute walk from clapham common tube station is amongst all of the action that Clapham has to offer.
