The house is 5 minutes from Cardiff Wales Airport and near all local amenities including bus stops and shops. The reason for the move is we are emigrating. The house is ideal for the first time buyer with room for 2 cars on the driveway and many tems will be left, the new owner will walk in to a new home with everything in it if I can achieve very close to the asking price( NO canvassers please) I will be leaving cooker, fridge, washing machine all in working order T.V, 2 piece suite, double and single bed, Pine wardrobes, the lot! The patio has room for an extension and a garden is in front of this.
