Description:
Senior Consultant required to be an individual team contributor in business strategy, business analysis and business process redesign initiatives. These projects will offer the opportunity to fully utilise complex analytical, business process design, communication and organizational skills.
Requirements:
· 4+ years of business process consulting for another premier consulting organization or internal consulting organization within a blue chip company
·International work experience
·Strong experience in redesign of business processes
·Financial modeling and analytical skills
·Good understanding of design and implementation methodologies
·Good change management and organisational design experience
·Good understanding of IT systems and experience with IT implementations
·Experience in the retail, CPG, High Tech or Life Sciences sectors
·Very strong educational background
