ROLE DESCRIPTION:

BearingPoint is seeking professionals with application development or business analysis experience within retail banking, insurance, or capital markets companies. The ideal candidate will have prior industry or consulting experience in supporting clients project teams to specify or develop technology solutions as part of major initiatives.

EXPERIENCE:

· 1 to 2 years of application development or business analysis experience
· Good organizational and communications skills
· General understanding of retail banking, insurance, or capital markets processes
· Possess good skills in system integration and systems development lifecycle
· Understanding of RUP/UML or other structure process preferred
· Some financial service industry experience a plus
