ROLE DESCRIPTION:

BearingPoint is seeking technology professionals with business analysis, technical design, and technology architecture, application development management, and testing program experience within retail banking, insurance, or capital markets companies. EXPERIENCE:

· 6+ years of business analysis, technical design, technology architecture, application development management or testing management experience
· 1+ years project management experience
· Detailed understanding of retail banking, insurance, or capital markets operations and processes
· Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
· Experience with Vendor Management, software evaluation and selection
· Strong background in large-scale technology project lifecycle management
· Experience of RUP/UML/CMM preferred
· Possess good skills in System Integration and Systems Development Lifecycle
· Awareness and experience in linking Middleware with workflow and Business Process Management tools
