Our corporate group in Southampton is generally regarded as the leading transactional team in the region. Led by a group of widely respected specialists providing expertise in M&A and banking & finance, we are looking to strengthen this team with an additional appointment. We are looking for someone with 2-5+ pqe. Transactional experience including private equity and venture capital work is of particular interest, as are banking & finance skills.
