Description
We have a highly successful Debt Recovery team who are rated in the top tier by the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession. The team now require an additional Debt Recovery Executive following a substantial increase in their workload.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in the following areas:
handling volume debt recovery caseload using a case management system
experience of county court procedures from issuing proceedings to all methods of enforcement
experience of the insolvency process
A solicitors practice background would be advantageous.
Qualifications needed
The candidate will have made good progress in ILEX examinations or equivalent legal training with particular knowledge of contract and have good problem solving skills
