Job Description
You’ll be a crucial partner to our Customer Service Representatives, working together to safely and efficiently transport stock to and from customers’ houses. The products need to be safely installed too with a good helping of customer service in the process plus some help back at our centre to keep things running smoothly.
With a professional appearance and manner, you can leave the customer clear about how their new machine works and keep up to date with all your paper work. Pretty good with a map too you’ll get the product to the right spot when the customer expects it there, unpacking and cleaning it if necessary. Educated to a good standard you are literate, good with numbers and keen to take on an important role within a fun team and a company that can offer you all the job security and prospects you’d ask for.
