Naturally, not all customers make their repayments to us on time, every time. So you will contact them by phone, mail and in person to help them bring their payments back into line. Working to set targets, you’ll act intelligently to meet them without ever sacrificing the need for great customer service. Keeping an efficient and logical record of all correspondence, you’ll also provide late payment ‘trouble-shooting’ support to all stores from time to time. And you’ll help to train those new to your department, leading by example and setting high performance standards.
With GCSE Maths and English under your belt, you’ve some experience in a customer service role and the interpersonal skills you’ll need for this role. And as well as helping us to collect our payments, sometimes out of normal business hours, you’ll find there are heaps of rewards of your own to collect.
