Job Description
Obviously nobody here has a job without you. We have to sell our products don’t we? As one our customer sales advisors you will make this happen - advising customers on our products, options and payment plans. You’ll be a natural with people, thrive on teamwork and have a proven track record of achieving results in a quality customer service environment. You’ll have some challenging targets to aim for but with some good business techniques and a good helping of your own initiative behind you.
You’ll work with your customers, approaching them if they fall behind on payments as well as utilising the good relationships you have built up to build business too. You’ll need previous experience of customer care, great interpersonal skills and a commitment to results.
