Sage MMS Application and Support Consultants

Description

There is a requirement for Sage MMS Implementation Consultants to join the team and work on MMS implementations and upgrades from Sage Line 100, including onsite Training and Consultancy. We also have a requirement for MMS and Line 100 support consultants. Ideally these positions require prior experience and knowledge of Sage Line 100 and MMS. Skills in report writing, data conversions, etc would be beneficial.

Support is provided in response to faults & bugs and other requests and issues need to be diagnosed, recreated & corrected. Essential skills and experience should include:

* * Experience of working in a support environment
* * Knowledge of relational databases
* * Troubleshooting skills
* * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build customer relations
