You will manage and develope the clinical pharmacy/medicines management service and contribute to the operational management of the department. You will be a tutor for pre registration pharmacy students and for pharmacists studying for a diploma in clinical pharmacy. Opportunities to be involved in training of medical, nursing and pharmacy staff will also be available. There will be a requirement to represent the Dewsbury pharmacy departments at trust and regional meetings. Ideally, you will also deliver the clinical pharmacy service to the critical care division and have an input into the Nutrition and Pain Control teams. Participation in the Site on call rota and Saturday and Bank Holiday rotas are integral to the role.
