We are seeking an experienced individual to supervise the day to day running of the anticoagulant section of the Haematology Department.
You must be well motivated and have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a busy team.
You will need the ability to lead a small team, manage change, whilst maintaining the highest standards of practice.
The post is based at Pontefract General Infirmary, you may however be required to work on other sites within the Trust.
The successful candidate will also work closely with other members of the Anticoagulation team to further develop the service.
The anticoagulation section uses Dawn Ac software for the purposes of dosing patients and previous experience would be an advantage.
The successful candidate would be expected to carry out further educational development and CPD for which support is available.
