MEDICINES INFORMATION & DRUG UTILISATION PHARMACIST
Grade D with EDC

£ 31,626- £ 35,361 per annum

37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

An enthusiastic and well-motivated Pharmacist, you will join our team of Medicines Information Pharmacists and Technicians within the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to make a major contribution in this varied and responsible position.

The post is based at Dewsbury but will involve close collaboration with Medicines Information colleagues at Pinderfields and Pontefract. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Medicines Information service at Dewsbury, supporting the managed entry of drugs into the Trust, Formulary development, development and implementation of DUR initiatives and pharmaceutical management of clinical trials. You will also be Lead Pharmacist to one of our clinical directorates and play an important role in review and development of its prescribing strategy.
