Patient Pathway Coordinator – Cancer Management

37.5 Hours, A&C 5, £17,714 - £21,549 per annum

We require a dynamic, confident and innovative individual to be responsible for the smooth and timely navigation of cancer patients through their treatment pathway, both to improve the patient experience and assist in meeting the national cancer waiting times targets. Applicants must be comfortable dealing with a range of clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust, as well as primary and tertiary care. Familiarity with hospital information systems and procedures would be an advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a prerequisite. Ability to travel is essential, as you will be required to work across the two hospital sites.
