Salary: Band 5
Hours per week: 18 ¾ over 3 days
The Care Home Support Team requires an enthusiastic and experienced Community Staff Nurse to join a friendly team.
You will be involved in delivering a high level of nursing care to the elderly in designated residential homes in Spelthorne and in assisting care homes in the delivery of high quality care to residents throughout North Surrey PCT.
You will work closely with an established multidisciplinary team.
This role requires commitment to improving the well being of older people in a care home situation
