CLINICAL BED MANAGER - G GRADE - NHS

Are you an experienced F/G Grade nurse who enjoys a challenge? Can you provide a high quality systematic approach to Bed Management and meet tight deadlines. Are you capable of working under pressure and deliver a good quality service to both patient and users on a daily basis?

Essential requirements are:·
RGN F Grade 2 years or RGN G Grade 1 Year
Recent experience within an acute environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Motivation and enthusiasm
Experience of working with those with complex health care needs
Have the ability to manage own time and prioritise work schedule
Be able to be flexible and adaptable in an ever increasing changing role
Demonstrable ability to work within a team and work effectively with others
Computer literate
