COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER - NHS

Ipswich & Hadleigh Area Older Persons Community Team have vacancies for 3 full time or equivalent B grade Community Support Workers to work alongside our C.P.N's providing community based support for older people with mental health problems. This is a new and developing post and would suit applicants with some experience of working with clients who have complex mental health needs and need a supportive and confident approach to enable them to live and integrate into the community.
PDR and clinical and management supervision is operational through the team and the successful applicants will be supported to develop their skills and knowledge and contribute fully to the delivery of care to our client group.
