Purpose of Role:
To provide an effective and efficient administration service to achieve Company, Industry and National standards.
Key Role Objectives:
- Ensure all callers and visitors are treated courteously and their
enquiries dealt with correctly
- Receive and circulate all incoming correspondence appropriately and
promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of private and personal
documentation
- Undertake all apprentice administration procedures in accordance with
current guidelines
- Maintain efficient and effective computer databases
- Update and maintain Quality Manual
- Administer purchasing system of goods and services
- Maintain effective stock control of stationery
- Maintain and administer petty cash
- Carry out all reasonable requests by Line Manager
