Purpose of Role:
To ensure that all maintenance activities are delivered to optimum profitability and reported in accordance with company standards. Support the management of all the commercial aspect of all sub contracts from the earliest conception to final completion. Support the delivery of commercial activity to the complete satisfaction of client.
Key Role Objectives:
As well as demonstrating competence in subordinates key objectives:
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key customers
- Ensure accurate and timely presentation of Commercial reports to
- Acting where necessary to identify, minimise and turn around major potential problems, e.g. losses

Assist Managers to plan their work for financial success.

Direct subordinates
PROCESSES
Must ensure that Carillion’s management systems are adhered to.
CONTACTS
Secondary point of contact for all projects’ key staff, employer’s representatives and key subcontract staff in th absence of the Comntracts Manager.
