Purpose of Role:
To maintain the electrical and/or building fabric services at the above site and associated properties.
Key Role Objectives:
1. Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with a computerised programme, recording actions and times taken.
2. To carry out tasks and duties, as directed, associated with the maintenance of the site.
3. To work as part of a multi-skilled team providing an efficient estates service.
4. To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations.
5. To ensure that requests and breakdowns are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
6. To carry out all types of electrical and/or building services maintenance as requested and within competence levels.
7. Promote a culture of customer service and the meeting of Carillion values.
8. To work a rotating shift.
