Purpose of Role:
To maintain the engineering and building fabric within the Trust’s sites and carry out handyman duties at ward level and assist the maintenance craftsmen and technicians throughout the full range of their duties
Key Role Objectives:
1. Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with a computerised programme, recording actions and times taken within agreed competencies.
2. To carry out tasks and duties, as directed associated with the maintenance of the site.
3. To work as part of a multi-skilled team providing an efficient estates service.
4. To comply with all Health and Safety Regulations.
5. To ensure that requests and breakdowns are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
6. To carry out other duties within agreed competencies.
7. Promote a culture of customer service and the meeting of Carillion values.
