Function Overview:
Purpose of Role:
To provide a high quality catering service, particuraly focusing on Retail and Hospitality services, with occasional service required in Patient services.
Key Role Objectives:
To assist the other catering staff with the production and service of food at Colchester Hospital.
To prepare and cook food per menu, garnished and presented in a professional manner.
To establish and maintain all legal hygiene, health and safety standards as set by legislation and the company.
Stocktake and waste management controls.
To ensure that all kitchen areas are cleaned daily
