Not only is the size deceptive of this individually designed executive detached house buts its looks can be misleading as it is a grand property and only by an internal inspection can the property be truly appreciated. We have taken a great deal of pride and care in upgrading our lovely home. The unusual layout with high ceilings and large rooms gave us inspiration for the internal design features that make this home so special. It is possible to purchase our home complete with most furnishings as it was all chosen to match the designer styling. It’s a job offer in Spain that requires us to move – oh shame! Basement and Garage: The Garage space is much larger than a standard two car, with a large Executive office to the left hand side and a Workshop complete with small store, toilet and sink, to the right hand side. To the rear of the garage are multiple storage rooms built under the main house, with one of them converted into a 200 bottle wine store. There is access to a staircase leading to the main house. Ground Floor: Reception hall is laid with solid mahogany polished. There are double hardwood doors leading to the sunken drawing room that is accessed by three wide steps and has multi-glass panelled doors to the sitting room and dining room.
