You will receive incoming calls to the Member Services Helpline for a broadband internet service provider offering callers first line technical support on everything from connection and software issues to advice on where to find useful and entertaining information. Our staff also keep customers updated on company’s new product lines and changes to the service. Basic full time salary begins at £11,018 with sliding scale of salary increases: 3 months service £11,250; 6 months service £11,500; 12 months service £12,000; 24 months service £12,500.
