Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual who will be a driving and motivating force behind the facility and health and safety operations of the club to complement the team at Battersea.
It is a role that requires a flexible and organised approach, strong attention to detail, professionalism and commitment coupled with a "hands on attitude" along with a real passion for member services.
The successful candidate will be expected to have operational knowledge of from a similar environment, the ability to coach and develop others to ensure that high operational standards along with a health and safety culture is maintained and are looking for their next career progression in management. In addition to this, some duty management of club operations experience would be desirable.
An interest in racket sports, a relevant first aid qualification and knowledge of membership systems and database management would be an advantage, but not essential.
Salary banding 16-20k depending on experience
