Description of duties - Have the initiative to be able to work un-supervised
- Be flexible to work in a retail environment, to include weekends on a rota basis
- Have a City and Guilds224 or equivalent- essential
- 12 months work experience working with electronic, TV, video, computer or audio bench repairs would be ideal but not essential as full training would be given
Job description Reporting to the Divisional Repairs Manager, working alongside the sales team, each repair technician is responsible for manageing thir own time and the smooth running od the Repair Centre.
Repairing mobile phones, covering a wide range of manufactures and faults. Expect to conduct cosmetic repairs, check and repair power supply and faults, change components and progress to soldering and component repairs.A structured training programme will support you
It is expected that the candidate will maintain their equiptment and store parts, conduct stock-taking and ordering on a regular basis, speak directly with customers, manufacturers and Head Office staff, process their own administration using e mail and the computerised in house system.
