- Encourage a culture of openness and teamwork within the repair centre and towards our internal customers.
- Ensure the repair centre is continually working within technical audit guidelines by regular communication with the internal and external audit departments.
- ·To continually seek ways of improving service to customers by ongoing review of repair centre processes and procedures and communication with the Team manager.

THE JOB
Reporting to a Team Manager and working alongside other Technicans, Administrators and Quality Inspectors, each Repair Technician is responsible for managing their own work and meeting daily targets set.
As a technician, you will be covering a range of manufacturers and faults. You could expect to make cosmetic repairs, check and repair power supply faults, change components and progress to soldering and component repairs - this is supported by a structured training programme and on-going training for new products and technology.
