You're pretty sure you know the type. Still, you'll discreetly size them up the minute they walk into the store, ask lots of questions and make sure that they leave with the right product. Whether it is the latest flashy handset, mobile email for business or the latest in gaming technology. A perfect and unsurprising result when you work for Europe's largest retailer of mobile communications.
For us, being a Sales Consultant isn't just about selling. It's about offering honest advice, building a rapport with customers, exceeding their expectations and reassuring them when they're bewildered by choice. But don't worry, we'll send you on a two-week training course with a three-month development plan as soon as you start so you won't feel thrown in at the deep end.
All you'll need is ambition, enthusiasm and bags of initiative to make sure each customer enjoys visiting our stores. We also promote all of our Managers and Area Managers from within so career prospects are real and there for the taking. We'll also get you involved in the running of the store in things like coaching new starters, store procedures, stock management
You should have previous experience in dealing with people, preferably in a customer service or sales environment. You will be a confident, enthusiastic team player with a commitment to learning and developing yourself. Your personal skills will include accuracy and numeracy, basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions.
