Description
A 3 bedroom detached house built in 1958 in a pleasant location within the city of Cambridge.
The front of the house overlooks a park, the rear is a large and private enclosed garden. A garage is included with the property and there is also room for a car to be parked on the driveway as well as on the road in front of the house.
The house has good quality double glazing (Everest), cavity wall and loft insulation and is heated by gas central heating with radiators in each room.
