I live in the centre of Ilford, less than 10 mins walk away from the station & 10 mins into Stratford (central line, jubilee line), 15-20 mins into Liverpool Street. All shops are just within minutes walking distance as are a number of pubs and restaurants. Cinema is less than 15 minutes walk away.

I have a double room to rent. At the moment there is only a sofa bed, which is quite comfy to sleep on. Have got a pine bed frame, just waiting for the mattress. The room has a shelving unit, table & a computer desk. Will remove any items that are not required. I will furnish the room with some sort of clothing storage once I have someone to rent the room. There's a washing machine/dryer and fridge freezer.
