The successful candidate will provide support to the admin, underwriting, payout and chasing teams with CPU structure. You will achieve monthly set targets, have excellent customer service skills, handle broker and campaign calls and produce daily reports for brokers. Individuals should have excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills, be results focused, work well under pressure, be IT literate, a team player and be able to work on own initiative.
