We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our office in Nottingham. The purpose of this role is to ensure sale of products/finance on approval. The objective of the role is to: · Sell add on products · Aid conversion of deal through customer contact · Liaise with dealer to build effective relationships · Deal with incoming quotes · Update daily log sheets · Meet deadlines In this position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: · Previous Customer Service/Sales experience · Telephone techniques · IT Literature As an “Investor in People”, we value individual and team performance very highly.
