BRANCH MANAGER - CATTLES

We are currently looking to recruit a Branch Manager at our London East Branch. The successful candidate will lead the branch team to meet and exceed business targets, attract new customers, minimise settle accounts and achieve good levels of paid-up recovery. You will be responsible for maximising weekly collections, applying agreed credit authorisation procedures, identifying potential arrears, implementing appropriate arrears management techniques and maximising bad debt recovery. You will also be required to set targets, monitor performance and provide feedback and support to team members. The successful candidate will manage team development and training along with resource requirements. Lastly you will ensure that high standards of risk management are achieved – including audit, personal security and health & safety.
