We are currently looking to recruit a Section Manager for Shopacheck at our Branch in London East. This will involve recruiting new customers, minimising settled accounts and achieving good levels of paid-up recovery You will be responsible for maximising weekly collections, applying agreed credit authorisation procedures, identifying potential arrears, implementing appropriate arrears management techniques and maximising bad debt recovery. You will also be required to set targets, monitor performance and provide feedback and support to team members. The successful candidate will plan agency requirements in conjunction with the Branch Manager, recruit all agents within the section and ensure all agencies are filled with relief cover in place. In addition to ensure that the section systems are implemented to agreed standards and effective security controls are in place, understood and implemented.
