Description
Key responsibilities:
Developing Be-spoke solutions.
Providing technical design of the solutions.
Participating in development of new products and services.
Assisting in identifying and developing sales prospects from
a technical perspective.
Performing effective support of sales teams in order to increase
revenue and margins.
Performing thorough handover of the solution design to Technical
Implementation Group and securing successful implementation
of the customer project.
Developing strong working relationships with sales team by
developing supporting tools, participating in the customer
meetings, delivering technical training for the sales team.
Actively contributing to product development and new services
development by developing excellent understanding of the
company portfolio, market trends ,customer requirements.
Continuing professional development and knowledge of
internet products and solutions.
Skills and experience:
Experience in writing complex proposals and presenting to the customers at the BoD level. A strong understanding of pre sales support issues, process and techniques. A strong commercial awareness and understanding of the sales cycle. Strong
technical background in infrastructure:
Hosting solutions.
Access technologies.
Networking (BGP, OSPF / RIP, TCP IP).
WAN technologies: MPLS, VoIP, FR, ATM.
Operating System (Windows, Linux, Solaris).
High Availability architecture (load-balancing, clustering).
Firewalls/VPN (Netscreen, Cisco PIX, Nokia IP series/Checkpoint).
Consultative approach: excellence in understanding and capturing
customer business requirements and providing sound solution
based on the company service portfolio.

Education and professional qualification:
Educated to degree level or equivalent preferably in an IT.
Professional technical training in at least two relevant
