Description
Key responsibilities:
Achieving substantial growth in revenue and new business
at nominated accounts and others as agreed with manager.
Priority to new business from new or existing customers.
Developing a growth strategy for nominated customers.
Agreeing and improving customer satisfaction.
Key result areas:
Move the customer relationships to a strategic level by stabling
and maintaining "Board Level" & "Senior Management" contacts.
Develop an understanding of the customers' business objectives
and ensure significantly higher revenues and new business
are accrued along with increased Customer Satisfaction.
Actively communicate customer activity to ensure accurate
opportunity tracking and management.
Develop a strategic account development plan.
Knowledge, skills & experience required:
At least five years' sales experience within B2B sales.
Knowledge of the internet market in terms of areas to develop
and niches to target in B2B in Telecom or Internet industry.
Ability to demonstrate previous earnings and or deals.
Very high market awareness.
Strength of character.
Communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Customer focused.

Advanced presentation and account development skills.
