EXPERIENCE
The Corporate Finance Trusts Group is seeking first rate lawyers with the ability to apply rigorous lateral thinking to a continually changing range of deals. We work alongside all parties within and outside Clifford Chance to ensure the documentation makes sense or to sort out what has gone wrong.
UK qualification is preferred and you should have between 2 and 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
You would be joining a highly skilled and very well regarded team that provides essential, front line support across a broad range of legal expertise. The team is well suited to highly competent transaction lawyers who are looking for greater flexibility in their work but no less of an intellectual challenge.
