Description
Experience
You will have up to five years' post law school experience of banking/finance in private practice (in the U.S. or London). We will also consider candidate's who are recent graduates with top academics from Law Schools in the US who have not yet worked in private practice.
Qualifications
- U.S. law school graduate (top 15%) of class.
- NY or other U.S. bar admission.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- First class legal ability combined with good commercial sensitivities.
- Gravitas with clients to support the development of new business relationships.
Compensation
We offer a highly competitive U.K. base salary plus a merit bonus. The bonus opportunities allow our lawyers to earn a total remuneration package which exceeds salaries that are paid by equivalent U.K. firms. We award bonus payments in May and they reflect contribution over a number of areas - hours billed, quality of legal advice, business development activities, development of precedents and legal research, assistance in staff development and training. In addition we offer an excellent benefits package.
