Description
You will be working as part of a team of 22 receptionists who have a very strong work ethic and you will be required to work a 7.5 hour shift between the hours of 07:30 and 23.00 Monday to Friday in our 30 storey premises in Canary Wharf and also at our City Business Centre.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in the meeting and greeting of some 500+ high profile clients per day, booking appropriate meeting room space, organising catering and equipment for over 100 client meeting rooms, 80 internal meeting rooms, private dining rooms and client conference facilities within our Canary Wharf office.
In addition, you will also be expected to perform an identical role, on a rota basis, within our City Business Centre situated in Coleman Street EC1, meeting and greeting approx 100+ high profile clients per day and again organising all the catering and equipment they require.
We provide exceptional levels of client service and at all times do whatever it takes to meet and exceed our clients' expectations. As such, you will be expected to carry out any other duties as requested by clients, supervisors or your manager.
You will also be expected to use the computerised booking system (CABS) for reserving meeting room space, equipment and catering requests and producing reports.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years experience, ideally gained within a 4 or 5 star hotel or similar sized corporate environment, who are now ready to utilise their exceptional customer service skills in a dynamic and high profile atmosphere.
You must have an excellent standard of personal presentation at all times and be a dedicated team player that openly seeks to support others and work towards the service objectives of the department.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your initiative. You will need to be well-organised and efficient and able to prioritise a high volume of tasks.
You will be professional and approachable at all times, always displaying a positive, willing and flexible manner.
Preferably you will have a working knowledge of the CABS windows based computerised booking system and of Microsoft Office 2000.
