THE WORK
You will do a range of high quality advisory and transactional work. Much of the work is international in nature, crossing a number of jurisdictions. You will work closely with Associates and Partners from other departments within Clifford Chance, both in London and internationally.
EXPERIENCE
You will be either a newly qualified lawyer who has done a seat within employee share schemes and wishes to establish a career in employee benefits, or a lawyer presently working within the field with up to 3 years' post qualification experience.
You will also have an excellent academic background. You will be a highly effective communicator (both orally and in writing) and have strong drafting skills, have good attention to detail with strong organisational skills and be proactive and committed to providing a first class service to our clients.
