- insolvency and distressed situations; and
- on-going work for portfolio companies.

EXPERIENCE
We are currently looking to recruit private equity lawyers with 18 months - 3 years pqe to join our London team.
You should have a sound knowledge of private equity and corporate finance work (along the lines of that outlined above). That experience will probably have been gained at a practice with a reputation for work in this field. At the more senior level, you should be able to demonstrate some exposure to transaction organisation and management.
The international flavour of our work is well matched by our multi-cultural environment. We have lawyers from many jurisdictions working in London and we are happy to consider applications from lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Scotland and Ireland).
