Based in the Egham office, travel will be required to the London office on a regular basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the interal systems team leader, you would be responsible for:

Team mentoring and technical guidance of the Internal Systems Team
Maintaining the high level of service throughout all systems
Supporting the growing Conchango workforce in all systems and aspects
Continuing to maintain and improve upon the cutting-edge network of business systems in areas such as:
- Bolstering business continuity capabilities
- Expanding Email infrastructure
- Improving Mobile Workforce communication and collaboration abilities
- Providing suitable environments for testing of new technologies, development and demonstration of our IP

Experience needed: Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background from a highly dynamic internal systems team or be looking to expand or update their skill-set before a move into full-time consulting.

The candidate is expected to have a broad knowledge of infrastructure, platforms, middleware technologies, databases, application servers and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing environments.

Required Skills

Relevant experience of driving or changing a complex IT function
Experience in Microsoft platform and associated infrastructure technologies, specifically Windows 2003, Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and supporting hardware
Windows server platform configuration experience including IIS
Knowledge of key Internet technologies and protocols such as TCP/IP, IPv4 routing, HTTP/S, TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, SSH etc.
Working knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g. SQL Server 7/2000/2005, Oracle 9i or above)
