Responsibilities Include:
Work with management to maintain work plans, coordinate checkpoint meetings, and provide appropriate reminders and follow-ups
Maintain databases of program statistics and perform simple spreadsheet analysis
Maintain team calendar which includes all team meetings, trips and member calls
Maintain research library; track that appropriate publications are received and routed
Assist in miscellaneous research, administrative and clerical duties: reserving conference rooms, ordering supplies, coordinate the photocopying of memos, evaluation forms, order forms and any other materials and assist with locating "hard-to-find" articles/sources
Work with print managers to have research materials bound and printed
Partner with Publications Department: Keep abreast of upcoming or newly released items
Coordinate with the Meetings Department: Assist with planning and staffing of member meetings
