Specific responsibilities of Research Associates will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
Complete primary research to meet the customised information needs of member institution
Conduct telephone interviews with executives and industry experts
Compile analysis of research findings in the form of briefs within expected member and internal timeframes (approximately 5 to 15 business days)
Arrange networking contacts to facilitate dialogue between members and experts in the field
Compile profiles to assist membership in consultant, vendor and supplier selection
Perform secondary research to meet the customised information needs of member organizations
Use internal and external databases to compile literature packs, author executive summaries and respond to member inquiries
Complete research in expected member and internal timeframes
Contribute to departmental and firm advancement
Participate in departmental task forces and firm initiatives
Assist colleagues through coaching relationships
Required qualifications for Research Associates include those listed below:
Excellent performance in undergraduate work or other suitable experience
Superior analytical and writing abilities
Strong telephone communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills
Solid time management and multi-tasking abilities
Proven leadership ability
Demonstrated professionalism and maturity
French or German language ability an advantage
