Position responsibilities:
Lead research teams conduct primary and secondary research to understand the challenges facing finance senior executives and deliver solutions to help them execute their jobs more effectively
Dissect problems using qualitative and quantitative research, analytical skills and problem solving tools
Identify the most successful and innovative best-practice solutions by building relationships with senior executives through day-to-day phone and in person interviews
Distill insights into high-level, strategic recommendations for the entire memberships of finance executives
Lead the creation/produce actionable practice profiles, tools, and reports to assist member organizations
Present research findings to senior managers: verbally, and in writing
Design and manage meetings and teleconferences to present findings to our membership
Project management, staff learning and development
Support revenue generating activities including marketing and member services

Qualifications:
Experience conducting primary and secondary research
Superior analytical skills, as demonstrated by a track record of thought leadership, problem solving activities and/or quantitative/qualitative data analysis
Exceptional performance in undergraduate academics or graduate studies (approx. 80% of our Consultant hires have an MS, MBA or PhD)
2-5 years of relevant work experience (e.g., management consulting, research or finance)
Strong interest for executive level strategic finance issues, prior experience in this area is an advantage
Exceptional writing and editorial skills (graphics and text)
Exceptional client relationship and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated project and staff management capabilities
Willingness to travel 10-20%
French or German working knowledge preferable
