Description
An experienced pharmacist is required to participate in the delivery of a patient focused, responsive Clinical Oncology Pharmacy Service.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure and participate in the delivery of a high quality, responsive Aseptic Cytotoxic reconstitution service and ensure adherence to GMP and Quality Assurance principles.
You will also be asked to participate in the implementation and delivery of evidence based clinical policies and protocols in order to support Clinical Governance in the Hospital and participate in all functions of the Pharmacy service.
You must have a B.Pharm or B.Sc. in Pharmacy, be a member of The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain and have a Clinical Certificate.
