The apartment is in Sloane Gardens, which is a 30-second walk from Sloane Square and thus the Kings Road. Sloane Street also runs directly from Sloane Square, which is now shopping heaven in London; Gucci, Prada, Armani, Tiffanys, and Harvey Nichols to name but a few. And of course round the corner, Harrods (and so Sloane Square tube and the bus stops which go directly to Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Marble Arch, etc. etc.). Yet because it is tucked away behind Sloane Square, it is remarkably quiet. And very, very safe.
In case of cancellation, refunds will be given on rental deposits only if the flat is re-let for the same period as it was originally reserved. Giving as much advance notice as possible of the need to cancel greatly increases the possibility that the flat will be re-let and that a rental deposit refund can be issued.
