liiase with bi (and other relevant donors) regadring current departmental initiatives and future funding opportunities.
provide clear and timely delegation of duties to optimise staff autonomy and efficiency while providing needed guidance and advice as required.donors and other agencies,
demonstrated ability to coordinate activities with officials from governments, ngos.
develop overall departmental viison for tobcaco conrtol activities (with input from internal and external stakeholders/partners).
knowledge and experience of tobcaco conrtol programs is essential.
develop and implement departmental strategic plan (with input from internal and external stakeholders/partners), ensuring overall technical quality of the union’s work in tobacco control.
undertake travel as required by the exigencies of the role, inclduing broader responsibilities to the unoin manaegment team.
strong background in strategic management.
